Why Sitira?
Sitira is the Greek word for “grain.” In physics, when certain particles or “grains” are coupled together in perfect alignment, they become superconductive – able to endlessly transmit energy with zero resistance. In life, we believe the same to be true for leaders and organizations. When they’re able to intentionally align their strategic goals and underlying values, they enjoy a state of natural ease and boundless energy, in turn creating the optimal environment for long-term success.
Many leaders value possessing a strong business acumen and often overlook the power of self-awareness and leveraging emotional intelligence. We believe that in order to get where you’re going, it’s important to understand where you’ve been and where you are. Our approach begins with an open and honest assessment through which we will work to achieve a deep understanding of the leader and/or the organization. By uncovering and clarifying the underlying characteristics that make a leader who they are (such as their values, beliefs, strengths, weaknesses), we are better equipped to identify specific adjustments related to the discrete task or issue at hand, as well as holistic improvements to their personal and professional wellbeing.
