At Sitira, we believe everyone in the organization has a role and matters. When leader’s behaviors align to the values of the organization and needs of the people, a high-performing culture becomes possible. We believe behaviors are emotions in action and help leaders identify and understand how their presence is impacting the success of the organization.

In the coaching world, we believe in the power of coherence. This means that we believe in the importance of working with and understanding the whole person – what you think, feel, and do. The great news here is that when you are living a coherent life, aligning head and heart – what you think and feel – what you should and should not do becomes clear. You produce more and do so with less effort.

When you consider your feelings and your heart, as scary as it might sound, life gets easier. You realize you don’t need to use brute force to get through life. As a leader, you're already putting yourself out there and on the line each and every day. It is amazingly powerful how much easier that can be when you give yourself space and work with a coach.

Leaders who lead purpose-led organizations outperform their peers. People are more engaged and contribute more when they feel there is meaning in what they are doing.

Through leadership coaching, leaders gain awareness to what is important to them and what they value. Values give us courage and the ability to be more effective. Coaching is a process that enables a deeper, more meaningful connection with the leader who can then share the learning back to the organization. Just as a coach considers the client’s whole self, leaders need to do the same with those around them. Research shows and we have seen in our experience that leaders whose values align to those of the system and who intentionally align the rational and emotional aspects of the organization achieve greater success.
