I feel fortunate to have realized early in my career that people matter. I partner with leaders and organizations to realize the heart of the matter – their purpose. Believing this universal connector enables the optimal, sustainable performance level, I support and challenge leaders to gain clarity around understanding their values and strengths to step into their own true leadership style. I am passionate about championing leaders and teams to gain awareness and take actions to live and lead "on purpose." Living and leading “on purpose” is a life-changing gift as leaders are intentional about their choices and are rewarded as they live a more fulfilled life.
I began my career in the branding space at agencies such as McCann and Arnold Worldwide. Working with emerging, global brands, I leveraged insights to make meaningful connections with consumers motivating them to be loyal brand lovers. Later, from the C-suite, I intuitively applied the same principles with employees making meaningful connections with people and teams fostering our success.
Having spent 25 years working in human behavior and operations, I have experienced the power that comes when the business’s needs are aligned with the needs of the people. I believe intentional leaders often have greater capacity to manage complexity and to rally the resources around them to fulfill their vision. I enjoy collaborating with leaders who become intentional, courageous and purpose-led for themselves, sharing it with their teams, and ultimately fostering high-performing cultures. It is exhilarating to watch people exude the magnetic energy that fuels the organization’s success.
Throughout my career, I have worked across industries with publicly- and privately-held entities, have partnered with several Fortune 50 and 100 organizations, and have a breadth of experience leading strategic operational, marketing, and change management initiatives.
